  They were so unprofessional! I do look after dogs and a few my clients wanted grooming so I took one dog after that hair cut that client ask me to use different groomers with that she has never seen so bad haircut in her live!!!
  Second experience even worse two bigger doggies for only wash and cut nails bring them in usually it takes around 4-5 hours last time they took one hour and half and no one let me know that will be shorter than usually I wasn't able to pick them up straight away they did charged 15 pounds to my client because they said they are super busy when I got in one small dog there!!! Once I had to wait half an hour because they weren't ready but no discount but opposite they charge you even they have the space!!!
  They were very rude on the phone to my client always some problem and they even didn't finish the job!
  I will not use them again very unprofessional, rude, unorganized and for what it is way too expensive!!!

  Took my dog to the Chiswick shop last week and I absolutely love the new haircut she got! And she was so relaxed after her visit here, we felt very welcome and will be back very soon... Thank you for taking care of my pooch!
