  This place is so rubbish. The products are amazing but honestly the owner, Yasser, is very rude to his staff, sarcastic and arrogant. He makes one man pick up heavy boxes and then shouts at him for not doing it fast enough. Says to his staff not to speak in a different language infront of customers but does the same himself. If you want to shop here go for it, but working here is hell, and thats not just me saying it, ALL his staff working on the shop floor do...

  Beyond terrible and I let feeling insulted.
  
  Went to stock up on all my hair products but when I asked the staff their selection of leave-in conditioners not only was I told they only had one (clearly untrue as I could see at least 3 from where I was standing), the guy took the product I was holding (and willing to buy) out of my hands and back on the shelf. I was also very obviously followed around the shop by staff. They made it very obvious they didn't trust me or want me there. Their loss as I went to a similar but better stocked shop in Stratford Centre Market where the staff actually helped me and I ended up spending £40 on products. I won't ever be coming back to this complete waste of time of a shop.
