  When I came to pick up my order traveling all the way from East London instead of 18 cupcakes I was handed out only 6 of them.
  
  As I was pick this up for my partner I was unaware that the order wasn't handed out in its entirety but after checking in with my partner halfway on my journey home it became evident a significant amount of cupcakes were missing. I went back to pick up the missing cupcakes and got an apologetic response and that I'm free to file a complaint by email, which I did and to which I didn't get a response at all. In case you're wondering, the cakes looked nice but were bang average, too.
