  I found WS Studios shortly after moving to London almost a year ago and I'm so happy I discovered this gem! I've now been there 3 times and have left so happy after every visit. Walter and the team take an incredible amount of care of you and your hair. They never rush things and listen to exactly what you want. Talented stylists, amazing customer service, and a beautiful salon - what else could you ask for?!

  Bad experience here, the hairdresser did say that he couldn't give me exactly what I wanted in one sitting so I wasn't expecting perfection, but the result was a terribly coloured, stripy blonde brown with small blobs of colour throughout my hair. The fringe was almost white which he tried to convince me looked good but I had to insist he change. The cut itself was clumsy and blunt, no grading and did not sit right on the front of my face. I then had to pay extra elsewhere to get it fixed.
