  I have been appreciated until I terminated the service after 10 years then it got slight strange with the refund process. The company did not produce the check for over 2 weeks and they would not transfer my refund money to my UK checking account. However, the staff are always polite and communicative.
  
  The building and the storage units are Very clean and secure no matter what. I was told they don't mob but thoroughly sweep each week. For 10 years, with the minimal open gaps. My stuff was not bared covered with much dust. And when I open my boxes and bags, everything was dry with no smell. I highly recommend this place.
