  I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are timewasters
  
  Yesterday I rang this shop enquiring a car Key cutting (I said I'd be providing the blank new key) and I was told it could be done, so I arrived at the shop at 1740 (closing hours is 18h) finding that the shop was closing early. The person at the shop confirmed they could do it for £10 but he was now closed, so he asked me to come back the following day.
  
  Today I took my full lunch to get to the shop and found a different person. This person (called himself Adriano) now said to us the job could not be done! he said they do not cut keys unless they provide the blank key too
  
  I have now wasted two full lunches with trips and calls for nothing.
  
  This is so disrespectful, this person didn't offer us any options, nor he accepted to contact the person who was at the shop yesterday and confirmed to us they would do it. He simply said he would not do this and turned his back on us giving no options.
