  The customer service here is actually pretty bad. I asked about a very basic question and I got a vague answer akin to 'just google it' , as the staff obviously had no idea how to answer my question and couldn't be bothered to check/ask a colleague/ admit they didn't know. You're probably better off just googling your problem.
