  As a foreigner, I have found the British people to be lacking in customer service skills. Many times I have found myself wondering if I had become an imposition on customer facing employees due to their salty disposition. This being said, when you find someone with a good attitude and a positive view on customer service the experience really does stay with you. The security guard in your store (8/6/17 6.00pm / Indian or Arab decent) is a true gem. He is welcoming, friendly and always smilling. Both me and my house mate really look forward to leaving the shop as we are always met a warm smile, and a wave.
  
  Keep up the good work and never forget the importance of good customer facing employees!!!!
