  I would give ZERO stars if i could. At present., been on hold for 58 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. I do not believe for 1 second that there are that level of constant calls coming through at any one time, never mind for an hour constantly. My housemate had the same problem last week. How is this a service that they are happy with? Whats more annoying is that all i need is the contraceptive pill but ridiculously you have to go through here as opposed to a normal GP like EVERY OTHER doctors ive EVER known. Sort it out, total disgrace.

  Just been turned away by the receptionist saying they’ve reached their number of patients today and can’t take any more!!! 1 hour and 15 minutes before their closing times! WASTE OF TIME!
