  Ordered through mobile app a Venti White Mocha with 7 pumps, they didn't take care of my order until I told them I was waiting there for more than 10 minutes, and then gave me a Mocha with 6 pumps. Really? Is not so hard to read a sticker on the cup! Very very disappointed and not recommended! Let's see if someone wants to keep customers happy...

  It's a bit funny... and pretty american I guess... so here is my order: I want a decaf tea - there is no such thing. I want also a green tea - there are 3 to choose from. Okay. I also need a glass of tap water - this gets sent to the barista, while the teas are poured by the cashier. So I get to wait for my tap water glass from a busy barista, while the teas are ready. Interesting. What kind of kills it for me though, is that the one of the cashiers that was asked to drop an ice cube into the otherwise boiling hot tea - opened my cup and laid the lid upside down on the wet busy counter - ouch - small thing, but i am presumed to drink from this plastic thing. Well, here we are. Luckily, it's London, and the neighbourhood coffee houses and even Costa have therefore nothing to worry about - this mega-behemoth cannot compete without some diligent human touch. Oh and, let's be clear - I am here only to pop into a toilet without having to pay 50p by the Tower, so I grabbed the teas and water for the dog out of courtesy of course.
