  I only went three times in total. The braid felt too tight on all occasions. Despite the tightness one side of the braid came undone a week after second appointment. I came back to get it redone for free, and a day after that, another side went loose. The side which came loose the second time was the side Chanel was hesitant to do free of charge. (At first she said she'd have to charge me.) I found the hesitation odd because it would look and feel very disproportionate to have one side braided super tightly to my head and the other side hang loose. She also did this side very quickly. It took almost no time. I was disappointed with the whole experience and loss of time. Chanel never apologised or took any of the blame.
