  My experience was not good. Their quotation and sales team were very professional, however their removal team were not. The team consisted of 5 people, but insisted on carrying many items individually, inevitably bashing them on walls as they dragged them around. This resulted in significant damage to a number of items. Quite apart from the inconvenience, their "insurance" never pays out as they will come up with every excuse. Also the stressful move process was not helped by the nagging phone calls whilst I was collecting the keys. For nearly £1k they weren't cheap, so I was left disappointed in a poor performance. My advice is to use one of the many alternatives, they couldn't be any worse!
