  Incredibility incompetent company, who just decided to charge my personal account over £1,700 without telling me or giving me an explanation.
  Further more the management have been incompetent, since accepting liability yet done very little to rectify the mistake.
  To top it up Roys (manager) arrogant approach to the matter didn't help the situation and further complicated the matter.
  I'm not sure if taking money without some ones consent is a regular or conman practice, but surely thats theft.
