  Would not recommend QA, or an apprenticeship in general. You are given an assessor and the person above that, the lead assessor. You will find out, quite abruptly, that the assessor is trying to genuinely help you, however the lead assessor is sucking up to your boss, as they are their clients. I was always told that if an issue should arise in the workplace, to contact QA , as they would try to sort this out in a way that would not get you in any trouble. However I did confide in QA, and they ended up talking to my boss, saying that I was miserable in the workplace - And instead of sticking up for me, they went against me. Therefore making me look very bad to my employer. Would not recommend - however the facilities given are very nice, as well as the tutors / the people training you. They should definitely get a raise for their creativity, and will happily go out of their way to help in any way they can, in order for you to understand everything.
