  I went here for a drink after spending the day on Portobello Road. I ordered a particular beer from the Craft Beer pump. What I was served was rancid. I persevered with 3 mouthfuls and decided that I’d bring this up and buy a new pint. When I politely pointed out that the beer was off and smelt of egg. I was told that “I’d drank half”. I was given half a pint as a token gesture, which is fine, but did not appreciate how I was dealt with.
  
  You are a pub. You are charging a lot of money for a drink and all customers ask of you is that you are able to serve a liquid that is palatable. It’s not a lot to ask.
