  This has been one of my regular coffee places until now! I have been just served by Karim (a barrister) whose customer service skills were just appalling! He was rude, slammed a paper a bag on the counter when I asked if I could have one for my order and at the end he didn’t even get my coffee.
  This Pret have just lost a customer….
