  My daughter booked a cab at 11pm for a journey taken countless times which every other cab company in the area charges £5 they had the cheek to charge £7, as a young female travelling alone late at night she knew it wasn't a correct price but didn't feel safe to argue.Admittingly the driver did radio the controller who quoted the price. They should have never over charged her.

  This is very very bad cab service please dont ever waste your time to book this cab i call them and they said driver will be there in 5 min but i waited 30 min but the cab did not come and when i call them back and ask them the reason but the cab controler started making excuse. There customer service is very very poor and they dont know how to talk with the customers please it is my request to all the customers plz dont ever book this cab otherwise you will have to regret on your decision.thanks..(
