  This used to be a favourite place of mine until last week. I went with a friend and my 20 month old and waited and waited and waited. Absolutely no service offered, no apologies, no drinks. 45 mins later we decided to leave and suddenly had all of the manager's attention. We of course, left. I will not be returning. It was a very upsetting experience.
