  Adam is a fantastic PT. I was initially extremely reluctant to train with a male with all my insecurities, however Adam made me feel so comfortable from the offset, so I am glad I did.
  
  Adam has personally invested in making sure I am sticking to my goals throughout the training. He is great at keeping me focused even when I'm not at the gym, ensuring I follow a healthy diet and encouraging me with home exercise to reach my goals.
  
  He keeps the sessions challenging but enjoyable ensuring the workouts are are appropriate to your fitness levels and goals. I have lost 9kg in 4 weeks and feel fantastic! This would not have been possible without Adam.
  
  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lose weight, improve fitness and overall well being!

  Adam @ Physique Solutions is a brilliant PT and I would highly recommend his services. He offers highly bespoke training sessions and diet plans, and has helped me no end in getting to where I want to be. He is always encouraging and supporting both during and outside of sessions - if you've got a goal this is the man to help you achieve it.
