  Really bad experience with this surgery. Been booked appointments without knowledge. Even though hospitals wrote to the surgery with regards to my infant, surgey notify’s me months later. States 6 weeks wait for letters to be written but no letter had been written desipite waiting 10 weeks and of course waited an hour 20 mins from 3:40 to get the refund for letter. Managed to get a some my money back. Manager does banking for the day early morning so refused to give my full money back. I had called for this refund on 2 occassions weeks prior
