  Brought in a brand new hand-embroidered pillow case to be dry cleaned. It was returned to me with stains - looked like machinery burn marks - on the front. After complaining, it was sent back and I was reassured it would be cleaned. When I retrieved it a week later, the stains were still there. I sent it back a second time, and then a third time when the marks continued to remain.
  
  I’ve just picked it up today and the manager tried to pass it off as being clean, but of course the stains are still there. Despite making me wait four weeks and ruining an item with both sentimental and high physical value, I was only offered a refund for the service (£2.50, a proper slap in the face) and told to contact the company if I had further complaints.
  
  As you can see from other reviews written here, my experience is not unique. This should have been handled much more professionally.
