  I've used this company for several years. I've had bad customer service from them several times, but this morning was the worst and the controller at the desk, when I was querying my fare and was already upset, was very rude and said something quite hurtful, in front of other people. That's completely unprofessional, and considering that I have tolerated some of their drivers' rudeness and curt attitude on several occasions, including a racist rant (not addressed at me but nevertheless unpleasant, and with my child in the car) and one driver telling me that I’d have to pay extra if I want his help getting my pushchair out of the car in the pouring rain, and had never complained, nor posted a bad review - that was completely uncalled for. Customers have a right to query a fare and raise an issue. I will be writing an official complaint and I do not recommend this company. You are lucky with your location at the tube station, but you shouldn't be getting complacent about your professionalism and attitude.
