  Good luck getting an appointment or getting them to answer the phone. Some of the healthcare professionals here are cruel and rude. To the naive reviewer who called everybody "dumb" for their complaints, I don't think you understand that just because a doctor has spent years at medical school, it doesn't change their character or personality. You won't get very far calling patients "dumb" for having a valid opinion. I was a patient here for about 20 years, I am a reasonable person who respects everybody and I understand the strain and demand on the NHS so I don't expect much, but this place is by far the worst GP practice I have ever encountered. I am so glad I switched.

  Not really helpful, no. Each doctor I talked to seemed to me apathetic, no human touch, 10 minutes and that's it. Also the two nurses I got in contact to, one Italian and the other one is a practitioner nurse who has a quite similar role like a doctor, seemed to me very hasty and not very helpful. The Italian one was a bit sarcastic and rude when I asked her about blood test and the second one didn't bother less. One issue at a time and quickly.
  The booking online is a joke, while talking to a receptionist is not a nice experience either. Only one young lady there is doing well for what I experienced.
  We are merely numbers and it takes long time to have an appointment.
  I personally don't like their service. I will change. I still believe in human manners and high quality professionalism.
  London is overpopulated, NHS is suffering a big crisis. What's next?

  I absolutely love this doctors surgery,Dr Strommer is kind,caring and very sympathetic to my needs,The reception staff have always been very respectful to me and my family.And are very helpful to me. I have been using this surgery for over 20 years and never had a problem. I honestly would never change my doctors because of the great treatment that I receive. Give them a chance and you truly will get the same great experience that I have got.

  My family has used this surgery for 18 years and they have always taken good care of us, even supplied homeopathic medicine. Staff are helpful and they always go the extra mile in an emergency. One doctor actually waited after hours outside to hand me an urgent prescription after the surgery had closed. It's free, professional and I feel that everyone does the best with the task that they're given.
