  These are trading as Groupon. They are OK where all is going correctly but when things go wrong they really are awkward and have no concept of customer service. They will not transfer you "up the line" and it is impossible to find a contact phone number. They take forever to answer emails and even then often stall for time. They had advertised false details on their website which could have caused them problems and I was the first to spot. I have been trying to get a response for a month now. If I were their directors I would hang my head in shame for the reputed "customer service" they offer
  
  They offer some good offers but it is not worth dealing with them as they are not concerned with sorting anything out. They make false promises and even then don't deliver
