  Unpleasant Experience
  Upon arriving, it was clear that we were a burden on the receptionist.
  We hand her all the paperwork, she is (i wouldnt say rude, because she would have to look up and speak to constitute rude) but very unhelpful. My other half is deaf and struggled to hear her, she didnt seem to care about that.
  I guess she is a women of little words, because she doesn't really tell us anything and we are asking lots of normal questions "when will we get it back etc", we pay the fee of £50 each for a 4 day return service, hope we get the passports back.
  We go to get the passports after 7 days, she hadn't given us the collection receipt, called my other half a liar, didnt apologise when we all then realised the collection receipt was still attached to our documents. Anyway, she says, " They're not ready, i haven't done them yet" why is that we ask, since we brought them in 7 days. She responded "because you don't travel until October- if I do it now then your visa will expire on 5th Aug" . Since today is June 29th, we asked if she planned on keeping our passports till October, however told no we must return in October. This is an issue for us because we are moving to Dubai. Honestly by that logic, you can only obtain a visa for the next 30 days or so - which we haven't read any information on anywhere at all.
  So now we cannot visit Mozambique at all because we cannot be issued the visa.
  Possibly one of the most unhelpful & painful experiences i've ever had to endure.
