  I visited this shop as I was looking for a wedding dress. The lady who works in the bridal department is great and I highly recommend her. She knew so much about the dresses, was very attentive and friendly but not too pushy at all. I must also say that if you are looking for a simple yet elegant wedding dress around £250-500 mark, Monsoon is the place to go. In addition, I found that the quality and material of these dresses are of a very high quality.

  I went to this place last wednesday loking for a Wedding dress. What a dissapoinment. In other stores I visited the same day the people was really helfull but in this one, no one payed any attention to my requests whatsoever. I had to browse by myself among the dresses that they had. I got stuck in a dress and I had to come out of the fitting room to ask for help. It is such a shame because the dresses are so beautiful, I could have made the purchase that day, but no way in hell I was going to do it in that store.
  
  I decided to do this review just because of a sign in the store. (see the pictures)
  
  BTW: I know the dresses get dirty because of people trying them on but, Come One, even the hanger was destroyed.
