  Received a jacket as a Christmas gift and have been attempting to exchange it for another size for over 3 weeks. Visited in person 3x, spoke to customer service over 5x, called every other store in London (some of which like Old Bond seem to not even answer the phone despite calling over 20x), have emailed and have gotten nowhere. Has been one of the most frustrating processes and I cannot believe customers are treated so poorly after making a purchase. I have been told a new size is coming then it didn’t arrive, was told it was at Harrods then Harrods said it was reserved for a VIP customer, and have been told someone will call me back multiple times to no avail. I would strongly dissuade anyone from purchasing here given the unreliable and disinterested customer service post-purchase.
