  Terrible insensitive and disgusting service despite being paid in full and in advance.
  
  My family were extremely disapointed by this coach company. We hired them to transport family and friends from the residential home to the church, for my mother's funeral service on 21st September 2017. The arrangement was for them to arrive at 10:00 to depart at 10:40 for the 15 minute drive to the church in time for the 11:00 service. The coach arrived late at 10:55, and caused the family to be late for our mother's funeral church service. Then from the church to the crematorium the coach driver had not researched the 20 minute route and got lost and once again caused family and friends to arrive late for the cremation service. They have not even had the decency to apologise for their appalling service and making a stressful situation worse. It was my mother's funeral and there was a definite lack of compassion and consideration for the importance of proper conduct. We would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

  Terrible Service coach broke down took 4 hours to get recovered.
  picked up at 12:30 got to wales at 7:15.
  coach driver left a bag on first coach and wasn't returned until we were collected 3 days later.
  Driver said office was waiting for our call before driving of and office didn't answer phone at all and ignored calls , voice mails and emails.
  
  Would never use again and would advise anyone else to avoid the company. Very quick to take your money but then customer service goes out the window.
  Would give no stars if possible
