  I've been training with Martin for 5 months, initially in a bid to loose weight but now for the purpose of toning and learning the art of discipline within training. Before Martin I was a 'seasonal' exerciser, just running and swimming in the summer months, now I am fully committed and look forward to training 3 times a week.
  
  I've toned up, lost weight but most importantly have learned the importance of keeping fit and sticking to a balanced diet. I've got a kick out of seeing how far I can push my body and enjoy the challenges that Martin puts before me. I never know what to expect each session, he mixes it up and I never know what to expect which keeps it fresh and exciting. Martin is full of motivational advice and tips to make me train better and more effectively. I highly recommend his services.
