  The swiss "beautician" called Eva is rude. Other staff are nice. I gave them approx 12 sessions and the Swiss girl was ultra rude so I'm done now with this place. I arrived to all my appointments on time (except one) but the Swiss girl blamed me for complaining and was the most rudest beautician I've ever come across because I dared to complain for waiting a massive 1 hour late for my appointment one week and 40 minutes late the time after. Not forgotting all the other late times they gave me. I paid for taxis there instead of public transport so that I would on time, that's why it matters even more. I'm a customer paying her wages, she shouldn't knock the feeder. I will complain to the owner. I would be devastated if my staff treated my clients that way and also lost me their valued business.
