  I met Katharine in October 2011 when i was pregnant with my eldest daughter. The course had been recommended to me & gifted so I went along not expecting too much. i was quite frightened of birth, didnt think about it at all but by the end of the course I had my heart set on a home water birth. Unfortunately that didn't happen as my baby decided to come early, however my second born was indeed a home water birth which was amazing amazing amazing! i since trained to become a Hypnobirthing teacher sharing KG method with many ladies and their partners, it has been a life changing course - I felt confident, positive and happy about the birth of both children - quite a challenge when surrounded by a lot of horrible birth stories and scary dramas on television but the course really helped to quell my fears, calm my nerves and help me to understand my options so I could make choices that worked best for me and my family. Couldn't rate this course highly enough! Well worth the investment.
