  Absolutely appalling. They don't allow you to return equipment which is basically brand new after a day of using it although their policy says you can exchange within 35 days. Assistants are very rude, they seem like they don't want to be there (especially in Stratford Westfield John Lewis. some people definitely shouldn't be working there ) The customer service on the phone cancel the wrong policies by "accident", both on the phone and in store, they don't pay attention to what the customer wants at all. Really unpleasant experience. I'll definitely just go to the Oxford Circus branch next time if I really need to. If you can avoid this specific branch please do!
