  Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve had my laptop fixed by these guys before and it all went smoothly. This time I’m at the end of my rope. I rang 6 or 7 times over the space of two weeks to get a quote on my laptop screen and I was basically told to call back every time because the repair man wasn’t available. At one point I did their job for them by giving them my name and number, because I was not asked for details at ANY point. I was given no indication of when to call back or when the repair man would be available or any kind of time frame for anything. Unbelievable. I wanted to be a loyal customer but honestly it was terrible service plain and simple.

  Absolutely fantastic express repair service!! Saved my life since my imac had died on me.... very kind and helpful people. I will be using this place from now on.

  Absolutely great and highly recommended! fixed all of my problems from needing new devices or fixing my laptop and more !
  Never had to wait long at all and everything i have ever bought or been repaired here is still working perfectly or even better than it was before!
