  I ordered the item in a shop. It's in a hurry to get it because I was about to leave U.K. in 2 weeks. The shop staff told us that we could get in 2 weeks. Based on this promise, I ordered the item.
  But the item had not arrived. Every time I called, the staff reiterated that they were checking and would called us if any update while they were only saying that they called back later or tomorrow.
  However, no one didn't call back for several times.
  Also, when I called, I had to explain the issue again. It seems that handing over doesn't work well.
  
  I'm really disappointed I couldn't get the item.

  Really recommend Huggle; I’ve been looking for the right pram before giving birth and Every time I went to big stores I got no attention and not much advice. The staff at this store were so knowledgeable and helpful it was refreshing! Plus they have such a good choice of baby products.... loved it!
