  Absolutely excellent customer service that we couldn't fault in any way. James and Grant went above and beyond in terms of the advice and support they gave us. We came in to buy plants for a social action project we are running with the New Shoots group at Vauxhall City Farm, redeveloping a garden in St Peter's church next door. Grant was really helpful over the phone helping us to pick the best plants, both for our budget and the time of year. When we came into store James helped us to find all the right items and even suggested some great alternatives we hadn't thought of. The project couldn't have been such a success without their support and the group was incredibly proud of what they achieved. Thank you so much!
