  After reading on Homebase website that the item I wanted was in stock I turned up to the shop to buy it as it's not possible to do so on the website. To my dismay not only was the item not in stock ,when going to customer services there was one person working there was also a long queue of frustrated customers.
  Really !! This is not how you run a business. I walked out.
  Disappointed Homebase.
  After this review Homebase called me and rectified the problem. They ordered me the item and called me when it had arrived.
  This was very good service.
