  Terrible service. I used Michelle Murphy as she was recommended to me; I still don't know why someone would recommended her or Hodders. Avoid at all costs. I always had to chase her, she ignored emails, she did not pick up the phone, she wrote badly worded emails, my estate agent complained to me that Michelle was rude/abrupt to her on the phone. I raised a complaint with one of the directors but was given lip service only. Useless.
