  Very rude staff! Never tell you whats actually going on with your body. I have personally been misdiagnosed 3 times by these doctors. Also refused to give me a prescription for a medication ive been taking for 5 months now.

  Awful GPs. I got laughed at by a female doctor who I went to see for a personal issue. I had specifically asked for a female doctor as well, and had to wait 3 weeks to see her so I was very upset. I was so embarrassed I never returned and have since changed GP. Also, this GP always has stand ins, therefore you can never have a consistent doctor and have to keep repeating your history again and again. If you want your health taken seriously, don’t go here.

  I'm shocked by some of these reviews. I've recently moved back to London and expected to be treated like a number and to struggle getting appointments. I've been with H&F Centres for Health for 3 months and in this time have had fantastic service. Appointments are easy to book online and within a reasonable time frame, waiting time on the day is generally very good. I have seen Dr Brooks at Fulham Centre several times and she has been empathetic, professional and provided me with the treatments and referrals required. I saw another doctor on one occasion at their Hammersmith Centre as it was the only appointment available, and had a positive experience there too. Even before I was registered, reception staff were helpful when I had a medical emergency and were able to guide me to the best interim support. Pleasantly surprised by this surgery and would highly recommend.
