  Had rocky road and smores flavours today, the almonds in rocky road were way too hard to eat, not sure if they actually notice that freezing ice cream + almonds at such low temperature would actually harden the almonds, making them almost inedible. Smores flavour was good but it's very heavy on the cinnamon. My suggestions would be to crush the almonds first before blending them with the ice crea mixtures, also it would be nice to make it more well blended.
