  Don't normally do this but probably some of the worst service I have ever had.
  
  I had a Denon stereo that I got but a number of years ago for my 16 birthday. Very quality system but recently I lost one of the speaker channels. The stereo still worked fine but only through one speaker. Because the stereo was still good quality I decided to see if I could get the one speak channel fixed. I took it to Four Seasons who said they will look at it but will charge me £10 to do so - fine I paid the £10.
  
  Later that day I had a phone call from a man in the shop who advised me that the stereo is broken and will not turn on! Naturally surprised, I asked him to please check again as it working perfectly fine when I dropped it off to them. He then said that he would double check and give me a call back.
  
  He did not call me back and went on holiday a few days later for a few weeks. When I called to check what was happening I was told this, and that the 'engineer' in question would call me back on is return. He didn't. I then went into the shop to ask what why I was charged £10 for them to not try and fix my stereo, but actually break it completely. And why they held onto my stereo for a month and wouldn't call me back.
  
  The guy was arrogant, rude, obviously couldn't be bothered to even try an fix the stereo, didn't care that in his care it broke (also scratched on the front that weren't there before), lied and contradicted himself about calling me back twice.
  
  Basically will take your money and offers nothing in return - oh apart from breaking your electronics.
