  I was duped into buying these products and not made aware of returns and exchange policy upon making the purchase, when I returned to the store, I was told to speak to the store manager Andrea Tudose. I was given a business card with an incorrect number so I had to do the store to speak to her in person, however again she wasn't in. Upon having complained for the inconvenience for the second time and giving me the wrong number, the store manager called the store and proceeded to scream at me down the phone. She did not ask what my problem was and how it could be solved. She accused me of having a bad attitude and made me cry. She then told me she will call the mall security and the police on me.
  I genuinely believe this woman is not fit to run a business, let alone one where a lot of customer service is required. Never EVER make the mistake of going into this shop.
  Edit: 2 years later, I'm still avoiding stepping into Whiteleys because of this store!

  Love these guys!welcoming and friendly .got the black collection for my mother last moth and these products are beyond words,my mom was ecstatic about them!
