  As a person who had previously had two upgrades with the same company I expected to be treated a little better. I changed my mind on a third upgrade and the rudeness and delays began. Apparently it takes over 24 hours for an agent to get back to you at ANY time. People do work. It only takes a minute to buy a phone! Then a returns package SHOULD be posted within 4 to 5 working days. Its over two weeks.
  The experience has left me angry and upset. But at no point have they contacted me. While once they knniw you've thought about a new handset they'll bombarding you everyday with a call.
