  Queuing is terrible, not enough staff to man tills, got item delivered online, was sent wrong item and told to return to a store. Returned the item and was told by staff I had ordered wrong item and item number on invoice is for the product delivered, I showed him online that he was mistaken. Then he say that the item I orders is wrong and that u should have orders the £180 more expensive one, unfortunately the website does not show that, not very knowledgeable.
