  I have had an issue with my mobile and was advised by the Lewisham branch to put in the Samsung tech store in Surrey Quays. Once i got to Surrey Quays they informed me that I could get a loan phone from store whilst its being fixed. Both Lewisham and Surrey Quays were out of stock so I went the branch in Eltham . not only did I have to wait 15 mins before the two staff members (one named Rashan) even acknowledge me. Rashan was rude when I asked if they have loan phones in store; he said "we don't do that" I advised him it is a service EE provide as I have come from 2 stores that currently don't have any in stock. He was rude again and said but we don't do it. I asked if he knew of any other stores that do offer loan phones but stated no. the other member of staff said that i need to try a big store . Providing no more information other then that I asked if he could provide me with the contact details of what stores. He made me wait an additional 15 minutes before giving me the information I needed. I fully understood that they had customers they were dealing with but i only came in store to make a quick query which took only a few minutes for the other staff member to write down and wasted 30 minutes of my time. I will not advise anyone to go to that store, they clearly need some more training on how to treat their customers.
