  A nice and simple fit need gym split over two floors. The gym has the free weights, treadmills and bench presses on the ground floor . The second floor has an open workout area for fitness classes and use of the cycling machines. It has lockers that requires a pad lock ( padlocks are for users to acquire themselves) . What is unique about this gym is that lockers are outside of the shower/changing room facilities and therefore I have given this a 4 star. For this because it can be cumbersome to change and bring your bag pack and put it in the lockers. However if you wish to use the showers and don't worry about having to go the lockers to get something, there is separate lockers for use when using the showers. The gym also has vending machines for purchasing a towel , drinks , snacks and a padlock. A drinking fountain is available. Access to the gym is 24 hours and can be accessed woth your fingerprint and easy gym wrist band.

  Sundays, I’ve never seen somebody there to assist you, no music , and the most important no AC in special when outside is 26 degrees, imagine what temperature was inside.
  Staff is bored and I have seen one trainer almost fall asleep near a trainee which was struggling and doing exercise in a wrong way!.
  another trainer found the love, they chat instead to do his job around there. But not this is the matter, the conditions should be reviewed, so the staff.
  URGENT is to fix the AC. You could barely breathe while you’re training.
