  A friend highly recommended Elsons to me as a helpful and friendly local business. Unfortunately my two recent encounters were the opposite - largely ignored when visiting the store and service was then brusque and dismissive; the same again on the phone. Sadly not the most positive experience and perhaps only suitable for bigger jobs rather than for DIY newbies looking for advice and assistance.
