  We bought a £1600 sofa from this company. When it was delivered, the delivery company refused to assemble it (just the feet) although we were told by the sales staff when we were buying it that they would. We had another problem with Dwell when we cleaned the sofa cushion it split after only 18 months. I would not expect this from this sofa, the seam ripped completely. The sales person said we could wash the covers however they misinformed us as it turned out to be dry clean which I didn't know and there were no washing instruction labels on the seat cover. I contacted them to find out what we could do to replace the cover, only to be rudely referred to the website and told that they could do nothing and that said that they didn't have their own supplier's contact details? which I find hard to believe. They didn't want to help or offer a solution, not even an offer to pay for the seam to be repaired. I will never buy from them again, their after-sales service is appalling.
