  They sent 50% of us the wrong coursebook to study, which we only discovered on the first day of my course (the day before the exams). That was a fun night of revision!
  Terrible communication - everything was confusing, wrong times/dates/information was sent over. We basically had to clarify everything and be pro-active to ensure we got the course completed correctly. I had to ring before the course as the timetable they sent me was for a full-time course even though I'd booked part-time, so I had no idea where I was supposed to be. Had to chase for results as no comms for over a month.
  Good thing was the instructor who did send us useful information and was very thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable.
