  I had to wait for more than a month for a simple fix after accident. And I was given the car back with problem not been fixed. Not good customer service.
  In the I had to go to my local garage to get it fixed and spend money on the car.
  They don't have professional mechanics I will not recommend to anyone be aware!!!

  So I First took my Audi A5 for a repair on my door there was a deep scratch. They quoted me with a reasonable price within my budget and the quality of work was at dealership standard. 3 days it took. Dave and Charlie and the guys I’ve seen are top notch guys. Dave saw my car and ended up buying black editiion of my car. You can’t even notice the repair carried out. This is my 3rd time I’ve used them and cannot fault anything about them.
  
  A week later I also took my brothers car in for repair. The damage on the car were: dented bumper, cracked grill and headlight. The team replaced everything with original genuine parts there were minor scuffs around the body which was polished out and cannot notice any difference.
  Again the quality of service I got from Charlie from start to finish was very professional and exceptional. The price was very very cheap and reasonable with the amount of work and effor required.
  I told Charlie I’d needed an indicator light replaced on the side mirror and whether he can fit it when I pick up the car. I got the parts for him and he just needed to fit it.
  He got one of his tech guys to drop what he was doing and fit it . This took half hour as it was so fiddley. When I went to pay Charlie for the labour it was next to nothing. And all this on a Saturday I can tell they we’re busy but Charlie will gave his time and was patient with me.
  
  I’ve seen the guys at the body shop work on high performance car that look written off and the quality of work looked amazing.
  I’ve seen other reviews here and I can’t fault Dave and Charlie and the work. They will give their opinion on the damage and it’s upto the individual whether to go ahead or not.
  But they can only work with the decision the customer makes, even then there work are top notch.
  I’ve got another Audi A3 that requires repair which I need to show them for a quote and I will definitely take it to them as I know they will look after me. Sorry Charlie another car to do which I have not told you about.
  Charlie and Dave keep up the good work.
  
  Price: Very well quoted
  
  Service: they will give you their time and opinion on work to be carried with options for customer to make decision on how to proceed. Dropped the car off next working they called me to say what they will be doing replacing parts etc. 2nd call to confirm work is now complete ready for pick up.
  
  Quality of work: can’t fault at anything
