  It was my first time at any COTE restaurants and I didn't know what to expect. I arrived first, my friends only joined me almost half an hour later.
  I was offered a nice table, even without any booking. Our waiter for the afternoon, Juan, quickly helped me to chose a drink and some aperifits.
  
  He was really friendly the whole afternoon, and also very patient with us (well, he needed to deal with three really loud friends who haven't seen each other for a while). He answered all of our annoying questions, he explained almost every dish to us and helped us to chose from the menu. Everything was so delicious!
  
  He made our evening extra special! Thank you Juan!
